2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on gvajee, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- Each person may open only one account.
- You must have a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name.
- You must open the account for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Verification
gvajee may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits on gvajee can be made easily via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method.
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact us via live chat. Providing the correct payment reference at the time of deposit is mandatory.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To make any bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses may not be claimed on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
- gvajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If misuse of a promotional offer is proven, the account may be closed.
- Separate terms may apply to VIP cashback and other promotions.
4.4 VIP Program
The gvajee VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Regular activity is required to receive VIP benefits. The conditions for advancing to each tier are set by gvajee and may be changed at any time.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Policy
All bets on gvajee are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. In the event of any technical error related to odds displayed on the platform or game results, the decision of gvajee will be considered final.
5.2 Match Cancellations and Resettlement
If a cricket match, sports event, or live game is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the game provider's guidelines. For BPL, IPL, or other tournaments, the rules of the relevant authority apply.
5.3 Maximum Bet Limits
gvajee sets maximum bet limits for various markets and games. These limits are displayed on the platform and may be changed at any time. In exceptional circumstances, gvajee reserves the right to adjust the bet limits of any account.
5.4 Anti-Manipulation Policy
Betting related to match fixing, manipulation, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account may be urgently suspended and deposited funds may be withheld.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on gvajee:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering an account under someone else's identity or providing false information.
- Misuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent bonus claims.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
- Use of bots, automated software, or unauthorized technology.
- Sharing account details with other users.
- Misconduct toward or threatening gvajee staff.
If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
